We opened our first accommodation in Germany in 2016 and we want to actively shape the future of student accommodation in important cities such as Frankfurt, Hamburg, Münster, Dresden and Darmstadt. Our locations are carefully chosen to ensure we’re close to many major universities and colleges in the city. Our in-house maintenance teams take care of repairs and all bills are included (that’s water, electric, gas & broadband), so our residents can focus on their studies.
Everything we do should be as transparent as possible, from our clear language to bilingual correspondence and communication with our employees. We want students who would like to rent an apartment to know exactly what to expect and whom to contact. Our goal: to build a portfolio of centrally located student accommodation close to as many universities and colleges in Germany as possible.
