The Sternschanze and the adjoining Karoviertel are super hip neighbourhoods in Hamburg and offer many individual shops. In addition, you’ll find trendy restaurants and nice cafes there as well as a big creative scene and street art.

The area around the Grindelhof is bustling with students - not least because of the proximity to the University of Hamburg. In the summer people enjoy drinks and food outside and during the winter they snuggle up in the cosy cafes.

This downtown street is a paradise for all shopping enthusiasts. From low-priced fashion stores to the big brands – there's everything your heart desires.

The beach along the Elbe offers the ideal summer feeling and invites you to sunbathe and sip cocktails and of course, eat fish sandwiches. The view of the harbour and the ships make it an amazing experience.
