LAN-connection & WiFi Terms and Conditions
We know WiFi is super important to you. You need it to be fast, reliable and ready to go when you’re studying hard. Our partner ASK4, one of the most experienced internet service providers for student accommodation, delivers and manages all of our internet services and we want to make sure you know what you’re getting before you move in. So if you need some more details, the juicy stuff’s below!
- The WiFi connection in the building is up to 40 MB/s per person and is included in your rent.
- ASK4 install wired and WiFi connections in all our building and common rooms. The on-site team can provide you with exact details. All apartments also have a LAN-connection in addition to the WiFi option. Just to make sure you are double safe.
- Log-on is super easy and fast. The Uninest on-site service team will provide you with all the details you need when you check-in.
- The exact level of bandwidth is governed by the device which is accessing the WiFi network. The speed achieved might vary slightly, dependent on the device and environmental conditions at the time of connection. Our standard speed is fast, since we want you to be able to learn and surf undisturbed. You’ll be pleased to know that we include the connection of up to 4 devices in your rent. But if that is not good enough for you, you can also upgrade at an additional small cost – for both speed and additional devices. No problem.
- To ensure system stability, we do not allow tenants to install their own WiFi or networks. We have it all covered for you.
